BEGINNER SEWING WORKSHOPS

These hands-on beginner sewing workshops will help you become comfortable using your own sewing machine while learning the essential skills you need to start sewing at home. 

Fall and Winter Workshops

• Intro to Sewing -Oct 7 to 21 ($120) SOLD OUT
• Sew a Christmas Stocking - Dec 9 ($40) SOLD OUT
• Sew a Simple Cape - Oct 28 ($40) LIMITED SPOTS AVAIALBLE

Participants are encouraged to bring their own sewing machine to build confidence and become familiar with its operation. Don't have one yet? Four sewing machines are available to reserve at no extra charge. Machines are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration is handled directly by Cedar Hill Recreation Centre. Register online  by clicking the "Register" button to access their recreation guide, or in person at the recreation centre.
